Hi Lance--I received prompt service, didn't have to wait too long and people were friendly. The new waiting lounge is comfortable and how nice of you to have computers. It is spacious for those who have a cold and don't want to give it to others,so thanks. I really enjoy having my car washed--that seems like a luxury. I'm glad the service man is not intrusive with the offers for a new battery and transmission fluid etc. He just offers. My s2000 is the best part though--it is a blast!

You guys are always great! When I dropped my husband's car for an oil change, it had garbage piled up to the seat on the passenger's side and your staff when WAY-over and beyond by throwing it away and vacuuming the floor. I told him he owes you guys big time for helping him out. :)
